AIM OF THE INSTITUE

The medium of instruction of this institution is English. The primary aim of the school is to impart sound education to all the Students. The school extends its services to the rural areas. The school has an excellent dedicated and experienced teaching staff. It upholds the importance of academic excellence, development of skills, and character formation to enable one to be a responsible citizen of the country.

RULES OF CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE

REGULARITY RECORD (Absence, Leave, Delay):

1. Students being absent from attending the class for any event, a letter must be sent by the student’s parents/guardians.

2. Students being absent from school without leave will not be tolerated.

3. Late arrival to school is a breach of discipline.

4. For any religious ceremonies or special exceptions, leave must be obtained earlier.

5. Late arrivals may be penalized each time with some suitable penalty.

SCHOOL UNIFORMS:

Uniforms for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:

Girls: Cream Colour Shirt and Coffee-red Skirt, Red Ribbon

Boys: Cream Colour Shirt and Black Pant, Black Shoes, and White Socks

Uniforms for Wednesday & Saturday:

Girls: Black Skirt and Red T-Shirt, Red Ribbon

Boys: Red T-Shirt and Black Pant, White Shoes, and White Socks

1. Morning Assembly: 08.35 am

2. Class Starts: 09.00 am

3. Short Break: 11.00 - 11.20 am

4. Class Ends: 11.45 am

B. Class I & Above

1. Morning Assembly: 08.35 am

2. Class Starts: 09.00 am

3. Short Break: 11.00 - 11.20 am

4. Lunch Break: 11.45 - 12.20 pm

5. Class Ends: 2.00 pm

ASSESSMENTS AND PROMOTIONS:

1. Promotions at the end of the year will be based on a total continuous assessment in every subject, on the work done during the year.

2. For students who are absent for any assessment, no provision can be made for supplementary tests, except in sudden circumstances.

3. For failed students, there is no arrangement for re-examination or promotion trial.

4. The result of final assessments is final and cannot be changed.

FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS:

1. Smoking, Chewing pan, Betel nut or Tobacco, etc., in the campus is strictly prohibited.

2. Parents/guardians are requested to cooperate with the school authorities by ensuring their wards are diligent in their homework and lessons.

3. Parents/guardians are not allowed to see their wards or to interview teachers during class hours without special permission from the Principal/Headmaster.

4. Attendants serving the students' tiffin must come dressed respectably and leave the school campus once the tiffin has been served.

5. All communications to the school should be addressed to the Principal/Headmaster.

6. The Principal/Headmaster is the final authority in matters concerning admission, promotion, fees, and boarding.

7. Parents/guardians are requested to pay the monthly fee before the 30th of every month.

8. Pupils whose fees are overdue may be barred from sitting for examinations and may have their names struck off the rolls.

9. All dues must be paid before the school year ends.
